1:1 Gestalt/ IFS Sessions

These tools came to me from a beautiful lineage of many Masters from various traditions; psychology, buddhism, qi gong, bio-energetics, meditation, light & sound, mindfulness - each different flavors but all pointing toward the same moon. Being-ness. Presence. Open-ness. These are the real treasures in each of us. Underneath the suppressed emotions and unloved fragments, there is a precious essence that yearns to be seen, heard and held. I teach these techniques through guided 1:1 sessions to help unlayer and steer others toward their own wholeness.

Dip a toe in the water. This work can be intimidating- let’s start slow. This 90 minute 1:1 session will give you an overview of the Gestalt/IFS framework, help your mind slow down and begin to unlayer your system in a safe and gentle fashion. One step at a time.

Psychedelic Integration Sessions

Psychedelics can be powerful teachers for us - but without proper integration, these teachings can get lost or misinterpreted.

During integration sessions, I will help you to land and anchor the wisdom of the psychedelic journey, and help you establish daily routines - grounding and mindfulness techniques - that can help you start to embody the teachings of the medicine.

Meditation, the cultivation of inner awareness, is the central thread running through everything I teach. Training your attention - a little at a time - until it is woven into all aspects of daily life. This approach to meditation is not just about carving 10 minutes of peacefulness into a hectic life, but about living from a place of awareness. It’s a total game-changer.

For an over-active, or overly critical mind, meditation can feel intimidating or unproductive. I will help you build an effective personal practice suited to your unique disposition - so that it sticks and becomes a friend for life.

FAQs

  • This work is deeply intuitive, meaning every session has a different flow and there is not a pre-set agenda or template to follow. Generally the process is to get present and grounded and then discover what wants to come forth. Most sessions will use Gestalt & IFS techniques, which involves identifying different parts within us and engaging in a dialogue with them. Many sessions often use bio-energetic techniques—breathing, vocalization and movement to unlock stuck energies in the system.

  • Just your self and some comfortable clothing—we may do some exercises to move energy, similar to a yoga class. It may be helpful to have a journal to reflect/take notes after the session to integrate and process, but during the session it is best to keep yourself present and free from distractions. Phone off.

  • Yes - I encourage session in-person if possible, but doing Gestalt and IFS work virtually is still very potent. I use Google Meet and allot 90 minutes, same as an in-person session.

  • Again, this varies depending on each individual. For most clients, I recommend booking sessions weekly, to keep the momentum and energy of the process going. For clients who are in a major transition or have time between jobs etc, twice a week may be helpful.
